BUBBLE FORMING: KEY FACTS

Bubble forming is ideally suited to deep complex components especially where wall thickness needs to remain relatively constant during and after forming. This process allows forming of geometry that are impossible to achieve using any other superforming process.

Maximum size of part (in general) 950 x 650 x 300mm up to 6mm thick.

In special cases one or more of these limiting dimensions may be exceeded depending on part geometry and alloy selection.
