After forming and trimming Superform can provide a complete component fabrication service providing a part to the customer that is ready for assembly to the end product. Most of the alloys we use are very suitable for typical sheet metal fabrication processes such as bending, cutting, trimming, clinching and bonding. With in house expertise Superform can provide components ready to use in kit form or supplied with subsequent forming operations ready for assembly. An example of this is the Morgan Aero 8 body panels which are supplied to Morgan as an assembled component ready for final assembly and painting, complete with a special formed extrusion welded to the Superformed sheet parts.
